Job Summary
Operations Supervisor I role overseeing all warehouse activities (Receiving, Pick and Pack, Order Verification, Shipping, Returns, Staffing) with emphasis on strategic planning, policy enforcement, coaching, and ensuring SLA adherence. Responsibilities include directing warehouse operations for productivity improvements, coordinating with the Operations Manager on schedules, leading safety training, and evaluating employee performance for promotions. Seasonal 6-12 weeks; responsible for compliance with policies and disciplining when necessary. Requires 2+ years supervisory warehouse experience, strong verbal/written communication, and ability to develop and implement effective processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory
