Job Summary
Lead collections activities across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery lines by supervising drivers and helpers while implementing tactical initiatives for budget achievement. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards by removing unsafe conditions, managing equipment compliance, and executing loss control programs. Drive customer satisfaction by resolving service requests, rectifying equipment breakdowns, and meeting pickup goals. Optimize route density and labor hours to exceed productivity targets and support divisional budget goals. Build a collaborative team environment through coaching, talent development, and active employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
