Job Summary
Conduct root cause analysis of SLA deviations, develop action plans, and review daily production reports with a team of 15 researchers. Identify process improvement areas to enhance operational metrics including productivity, quality, and turnaround time. Evaluate employee performance, execute personnel actions, and manage KPIs while enforcing company policies and client requirements. Handle escalated issues from internal and external stakeholders, provide consistent feedback, and maintain regular 1:1s with staff. This hybrid role requires three onsite days per week in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Graduate in any stream
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4-5 years of experience managing others in a time sensitive environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability in the areas of decision making, critical thinking and employee relations
- Proven conflict management and communication skills
- Prior Verifications background screening experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Graduate in any stream preferred
- Previous BGV operations experience preferred
- Prior Verifications background screening experience a plus
