Job Summary
Supervise collections activities across commercial, residential, and industrial lines in a geographically dispersed area, overseeing drivers and helpers to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. Execute safety, customer experience, and efficiency initiatives by removing unsafe conditions, managing equipment maintenance, and resolving service requests to meet or exceed customer expectations. Establish productivity goals, optimize routes for density, and manage labor hours to achieve divisional budgeted targets while fostering a collaborative team environment through coaching and talent development.
Required Qualifications
