Job Summary
Oversee hauling operations across multiple lines of business in a geographically dispersed area, supervising drivers and helpers and coordinating with Operations Manager and General Manager to meet safety, customer experience, and efficiency goals. Lead safety and accident prevention programs, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage route efficiency and budget adherence, improve routes for density, and engage employees to foster development and performance. Responsible for implementing operational plans, coordinating with maintenance, and delivering high-quality service while supporting a culture of safety and employee engagement.
