Oversee daily hauling collections across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container lines while supervising drivers and helpers to drive budget achievement. Lead safety initiatives by removing route hazards, ensuring equipment compliance, and implementing accident prevention programs. Manage customer experience by resolving service requests, equipment breakdowns, and schedule changes to meet pickup goals. Optimize efficiency by creating routes that maximize density, reducing hours through service conversions, and managing labor expenses.
