Job Summary
Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations oversees the supervision of drivers and helpers across one or more hauling lines (commercial, residential, roll-off/industrial, and/or container delivery/pick up) in a geographically dispersed area. Responsible for driving Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while partnering with the Operations Manager and General Manager to implement initiatives that meet safety, environmental, regulatory, and budget expectations. Leads safety and accident prevention programs, ensures compliance with safety standards, and engages employees to foster a culture of safety. Focuses on service delivery, resolving equipment or service issues, and optimizing routes to improve productivity; directs large staff, develops talent, coaches employees for advancement, and aligns with company values to ensure ethical behavior and high performance teams. Requires 1 year of lead or supervisory experience and a collaborative, results-oriented leadership style.
