Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for team building, training new members on SOPs, conducting daily engagement meetings, and administering disciplinary actions. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, managing hiring processes, developing cross-training matrices, and executing compliance with HACCP/SSOP and Quality Control Programs. The role requires investigating and resolving complaints, conducting product audits, and ensuring the availability of operational materials. Experience in leadership, team development, and familiarity with food safety processes is essential. Participation in cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws are also critical aspects of the position.
