Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day facility operations by directly supervising a team of five to ten employees, organizing tasks, and troubleshooting anaerobic digestion systems. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly site inspections while evaluating workflows to ensure operational efficiency. Review safety requirements, enforce policies, and distribute training materials to the team. Monitor special projects and resolve conflicts to maintain a safe work environment. This role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, two years of supervision experience, and mandatory overtime from Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of supervision in production manufacturing or a related field
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to physically push, pull and lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Ability to work well with other employees in a team environment and communicate to ensure safety
- Project Management
- Must be able to learn specific company software used and be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle conflict and engage in problem resolution
- Monday-Saturday 7AM - 3:30PM
- Mandatory Overtime
- Work hours beyond Monday through Friday shift
- Early start times
- Weekend work
