Operations Supervisor Full-Time - TForce Freight

Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day operations at TForce Freight Service Centers by analyzing productivity, service, and quality data to drive improvement. Collaborate with management to develop action plans, oversee staff, and manage hiring, promotion, and labor relations with unionized employees. Conduct performance evaluations, resolve individual and group issues, and lead new hire orientation, safety, and quality training while determining employee development needs. Ensure adherence to labor agreements and address grievances. Requires U.S. work authorization, high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and preferred bachelor's degree, dock operations experience, and prior supervisory background in transportation.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
- Previous dock operations experience - Preferred
- Supervisory experience in the transportation industry - Preferred
