Job Summary
Partner with store management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service. Supervise inventory and stock management to maximize storage capacity, investigate discrepancies, and lead low shrinkage initiatives across receiving, transfers, and cycle counts. Manage customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes while providing training and direction to direct reports. Troubleshoot technology issues and ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures. Meet store and metric goals while contributing to a productive, team-oriented atmosphere. Full-time role requiring 32-40 hours per week with clothing allowance, generous employee discount, and paid parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or back of house management position
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
