Job Summary
Operations Supervisor will assist the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations, including supervising service quality, facilities, risk management, and audit integrity. Responsibilities include helping set and track branch sales goals, managing customer issues, referring prospective customers to specialty areas (Banking, Real Estate, Asset & Trust, Investment & Brokerage, SBA), driving business development through proactive calls and networking, ensuring quality and timeliness of customer service, promoting awareness of alternative delivery channels, maintaining up-to-date branch merchandising and marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with applicable banking rules. Required Qualifications
