Job Summary
Supervise a shift of hourly associates in distribution centers by providing leadership, training, and development while ensuring safety consciousness and accurate inventory management. Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking, and picking of outbound goods in accordance with standard operating procedures. Complete required documentation for inbound and outbound documents, maintain customer contact, and ensure efficient operation of material handling equipment. Utilize the warehouse management system to create metrics that manage operations and work with the department manager to ensure assigned operations run safely and efficiently. This 6-month onboarding program for new college graduates starting in June 2027 includes shadowing and support to build hands-on logistics experience and leadership skills within a business casual environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Student enrolled in a bachelor's Degree program and majoring in Logistics, Engineering or Business, who is graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
- Computer applications, (Microsoft Office applications) data entry, and web-based applications experience.
- Must be flexible on shift and open to relocation.

- Use material handling equipment that must be operated according to specific operation procedures
- Spend 75% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
