Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of press machines, including checking machine functions, oil levels, and seal conditions. Essential duties include quality checks on previous materials, resolving operational issues, maintaining trolley conditions, and providing safety-related training to press machine helpers. The role requires coordination with inter-departments, compliance with internal and external audits, and maintaining shop floor 5S. Candidates should possess a high school education or ITI and have 5-7 years of experience as a press machine operator.
Required Qualifications
- 10th pass with experience of 5-7 years or ITI
- Worked as press machine Operator in all three shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge on TPM
- Knowledge of Hydraulic Press Machine
- Knowledge on ISO/IMS standards
