Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will supervise labor management and planning for inbound, outbound, and product slotting activities, handle customer communications, schedule labor and space, oversee receiving/warehousing/shipping, manage training and performance reviews, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs, and drive KPI performance in a 2b shift (5pm-8:30pm, Wednesday-Saturday) at the Aurora, CO location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
