Job Summary
Monitor operations to ensure quality, cost-effective service delivery and compliance with company policies. Drive to satellite bases, career fairs, and regional support needs while overseeing site stocking, cleaning, and facility maintenance to meet state requirements. Manage scheduling and staffing logistics, coordinate clinical and administrative QA/QI, and handle performance management for the field team. Ensure all personnel comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain sanitary, functional equipment. Requires a valid driver's license, tech savviness, and 2+ years in a supervisory role. Part-time position in Louisville, KY with weekend availability, offering medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Must be tech savvy and computer literate
- Valid Driver's license in state of residence (2 years as a minimum) with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)
- Staff scheduling experience
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have open availability, including weekends
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
