Job Summary
Seeking an Operations Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to manage order fulfillment and lead operations at DWC warehouse. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage and train teams effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a distribution center and production management role
- Track record of building strong teams and developing others
- Must be able to operate all equipment within the warehouse
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to effectively delegate and adjust priorities quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Self starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented
- Must exhibit urgency with a commitment to superior service levels
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 100 lbs.)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
