Job Summary
Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline warehouse associates; uphold health and safety regulations; monitor KPIs and operational metrics with regular reporting to management; foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates; drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations while ensuring a safe, inclusive team culture. Role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years in a lead/supervisor/management role with 1+ years in logistics, in a national salary range of $62,500–$70,000 (California: $70,304–$82,000; Washington: $80,169–$82,000). Weekend dayshift (approximately 5am-5pm Friday-Sunday) in Mechanicsburg, PA; on-site with DHL Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred
