Job Summary
Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, building an inclusive team culture; uphold health and safety regulations and drive a culture of safety; monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide regular reports and analysis to management; foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and warehouse teams; implement processes to optimize warehouse operations and contribute to DHL Supply Chain’s reputation as a global logistics leader, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role
- 1+ years logistics industry experience
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills
