Job Summary
Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates in a warehouse setting; drive safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide regular reports and recommendations to management; foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and frontline teams to improve warehouse operations; role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years in operations leadership and 1+ years of logistics experience. DHL Supply Chain values teamwork, training and continuous improvement in a business-casual environment; role is onsite in New Iberia, LA with typical night shift (6pm–6am).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred)
- 1+ years logistics industry experience (preferred)
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills (preferred)
