Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates in a warehouse environment; uphold health and safety regulations; monitor KPIs and operational metrics with regular reporting to management; foster open communication and collaboration to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement; schedule is Tuesday–Friday nights (3:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m., sometimes 3:30 a.m.); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 1+ years of lead/supervisor/management and logistics experience preferred; focus on coaching, team development, and adherence to company and safety standards.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred
