Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse frontline team of associates in a warehouse environment; coach and support staff while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Ensure health and safety compliance and monitor KPIs/operational metrics to drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations. Provide regular reporting to management, facilitate open communication among leadership and associates, and contribute to a high-performing, safety-conscious operation for DHL Supply Chain’s nationwide warehouse network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role
- 1+ years logistics industry experience
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills
