Job Summary
Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by coaching and supporting them, while building a culture of inclusion and belonging. Implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, uphold health and safety regulations, monitor KPIs and operational metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management. Foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and frontline staff to drive performance. Role includes third-shift hours (Sunday-Thursday) and contributes to DHL Supply Chain’s reputation as a global leader in contract logistics.
