Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations while monitoring key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations. Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
