Job Summary
Lead and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching and guidance while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and monitor key performance indicators to track operational metrics and identify improvement areas. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations. Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork. Initially undergo training on two operational shifts before transitioning to a regular schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This role supports OMS, GoGreen initiatives, Safety programs, and Employee Relations events within a facility featuring over 150 million square feet of warehouse space.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred
