Operations Supervisor - Distribution

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, one year of operations or logistics industry experience, and strong staff management skills. The position offers a national salary range of $62,500 to $82,000 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and generous PTO.
