Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and monitor key performance indicators to track warehouse performance and identify improvement areas. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing operations. Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork. This role supports DHL Supply Chain's mission to optimize warehouse operations across over 500 facilities, with a national salary range of $62,500 - $82,000.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred
