Operations Supervisor - Distribution

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain heightened safety awareness throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports to management. Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork. Establish processes to optimize warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement within the new North Dakota facility.
