Job Summary
Lead operational execution for keg warehousing, distribution, and draft line servicing across Ontario, managing 15+ direct reports including drivers, service technicians, and warehouse clerks. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing compliance policies, leading corrective actions to achieve zero Lost Time Accidents, and ensuring all fleet and technical service activities meet regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement in route design, scheduling, and network performance to enhance service levels while reducing operating costs. Manage labor schedules, workforce deployment, and employee development to support staffing levels and cost control objectives. Achieve 98.5% On Time/In Full performance through effective load planning and execution of distribution activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Ideally minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Logistics, Warehouse or Operations preferably in the best in class manufacturing environment with GMPs and/or a highly regulated industry or an equivalent of experience including education
