Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and coordinate freight routing to ensure efficient, error-free customer movement. Compile production records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to adjust work practices. Set up appointment deliveries and assist with billing, manifesting, and freight analysis. Collaborate with shift staff on scheduling needs, recruit and train Service Center personnel, and maintain premises safety. Handle special assignments and initiate corrective actions for accidents or injuries while applying DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA regulations. Work the 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM) in a stable organization offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the LTL/Transportation Industry
- Has managed Drivers and Dockworkers
- Knowledge of the surrounding geographical area to the Service Center
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English
