Operations Supervisor

Plan, schedule, and coordinate freight routing and movement to ensure efficient, error-free customer service. Compile production records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to adjust work practices and meet scheduling requirements. Set up appointment deliveries and assist with billing, rating, manifesting, and freight analysis. Collaborate with shift staff and the Service Center Manager to recruit, interview, and train personnel while maintaining facility safety and investigating incidents. Apply DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA regulations to oversee operations in the LTL/Transportation industry.
