Operations Supervisor

Compile production and service records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to ascertain scheduling and administrative support requirements. Set up appointment freight deliveries, perform billing, rating, manifesting, and freight weight/size analysis. Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to recruit, interview, and train personnel while ensuring premises protection and safety compliance with DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA rules. Assist in investigating accidents and injuries, facilitate information meetings, and handle special assignments.
