Operations Supervisor

Plan, schedule, and coordinate freight routing to ensure efficient, error-free customer service. Compile production records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to adjust work practices. Set up appointment deliveries, manage billing, and analyze freight weight and size. Collaborate with shift staff on scheduling needs and assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training Service Center personnel. Maintain premises safety, investigate accidents, and apply DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations. Handle special assignments as directed while communicating with internal and external customers. Requires knowledge of the LTL industry, management experience with drivers and dockworkers, and fluency in English.
