Operations Supervisor

Plan, schedule, and coordinate freight routing to ensure efficient, error-free customer movement. Compile production records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to adjust work practices and meet scheduling requirements. Set up appointment deliveries, assist with billing and manifesting, and maintain communication with internal and external customers. Recruit, interview, and train Service Center personnel while ensuring premises safety and initiating corrective actions for accidents. Apply DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA rules daily. Work the second shift in a modern facility; legally eligible to work in the U.S. with at least 18 years of age.
