Operations Supervisor

Plan, schedule, and coordinate freight routing to ensure error-free customer movement. Compile production records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to adjust work practices. Set up appointment deliveries and assist with billing, manifesting, and freight analysis. Collaborate with shift staff on scheduling and administrative support, while recruiting, interviewing, and training Service Center personnel. Maintain facility security, investigate accidents, and apply safety regulations including DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA rules. Handle special assignments and facilitate information meetings with the team. Requires knowledge of the LTL industry, prior management experience, and fluency in English.
