Operations Supervisor

Plan, schedule, and coordinate freight routing and customer movement to ensure error-free operations. Compile production records, inspect personnel performance, and review logs to adjust work practices and meet scheduling requirements. Set up appointment deliveries, manage billing, rating, manifesting, and freight analysis. Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to recruit, interview, and train staff while maintaining facility safety and investigating incidents. Apply DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA regulations to oversee daily activities. Requires knowledge of the LTL industry, driver management experience, and local geography.
