Job Summary
Operations Supervisor for DATTCO's Coach & Tour Division who manages multi-location maintenance departments, develops and oversees a rigorous preventive maintenance program, tracks fleet performance and warranty data, and leads personnel development. Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory mandates, driving customer satisfaction through safe and dependable vehicles, coordinating with corporate and field locations, and overseeing cost control, budgeting, KPI monitoring, vendor negotiations, and training programs. Requires extensive fleet maintenance experience, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to align operations with financial targets and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing a multiple location maintenance department in the motorcoach or trucking industries.
- Strong technical knowledge in a diversified fleet.
- Fleet service management experience.
- Management experience that supports a multi-functional business environment.
- Ability to lead a diverse organization.
- Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
