Job Summary
Oversee daily driver operations for fixed route and charter services including scheduling, dispatch, routing support, and driver performance. Lead driver interviews and support hiring, administer disciplinary actions, and maintain payroll records. Serve as primary point of contact for boards, drivers, and families; ensure timely responses to operational inquiries. Build an accountable, collaborative operations culture and coach for performance while maintaining safety and service standards. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and routing software; strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of transportation or operations experience preferred
