Job Summary
Operations Supervisor for data centers responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and effectively executing projects. Oversees the allocation and management of resources and costs to ensure successful project completion, and assists the Operations Manager by guiding Project Managers/Coordinators in all aspects of projects. Requires strong leadership, cost control, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Emphasizes customer focus, team leadership, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with experience in electronics, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare. A college degree, trade school, or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant
- Preferred Experience: Engineering, Field, or project management
- Experience in industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
