Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, directing assignments, and ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and provide personalized feedback and coaching to colleagues. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support the planning and execution of weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays. Maintain customer and patient confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues as needed.
