Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures while handling all customer relations issues, providing personalized feedback, and maintaining confidentiality. Oversee merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, and executing weekly promotional displays. Work a flexible full-time schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent store issues.
