Job Summary
Operations Supervisor responsible for leading CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing opening/closing procedures. Key duties include supervising the store crew, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers with questions and issues, coaching colleagues on customer service practices, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presentation of merchandise, stock management, inventory, promotions and displays, and ensuring adherence to policies while supporting a flexible full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. The role requires strong deductive/analytical abilities, advanced communication, leadership, and the ability to drive consumer loyalty through operational excellence in a CVS/pharmacy environment.
