Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and provide personalized feedback and coaching to colleagues. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while maintaining customer confidentiality. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
