Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, managing opening and closing procedures, and directing daily operations when no manager is onsite. Handle customer relations issues, provide personalized coaching, and ensure merchandise displays and inventory are maintained. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute promotional displays while communicating effectively with store management and crews. Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to work overtime as needed.
