Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while providing personalized coaching and maintaining confidentiality. Oversee merchandise presentation by pricing items, stocking shelves, and executing displays for weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent store issues.
