Job Summary
Conduct store operations by supervising crew activities, managing opening and closing procedures, and handling customer service issues in accordance with company policy. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while maintaining customer confidentiality. Lead the store when no manager is onsite, communicate effectively with store management and crews, and provide personalized feedback and coaching to colleagues. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 20. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and building consumer loyalty.
