Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations when the manager is absent. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policy, and provide personalized feedback to staff. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while maintaining inventory. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role offers a weekly base pay range of $17.00 to $26.00, with eligibility for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
