Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while providing personalized feedback and coaching to colleagues. Handle merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, and maintaining off-shelf inventory. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with anticipated weekly hours of 29. Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 hourly. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in building consumer loyalty through excellent service.
