Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations when the manager is absent. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues, and provide personalized feedback and coaching to staff. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items while maintaining customer confidentiality. Work full-time flexible hours including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent store issues.
