Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, resolving complaints, and providing personalized coaching while maintaining confidentiality. Execute merchandise strategies by pricing items, stocking shelves, and planning displays for weekly promotions and seasonal needs. Work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues. This role supports the CVS Store Management team in building consumer loyalty through excellent service and operational excellence.
